DISTRIBUTORS AND OR LICENSEES

At present distribution areas are available in mid and eastern Canada as well as the United
States. The distributor must have experience in waterworks or the pipe and drainage
business.

In house engineering personnel is an asset as most municipal or state agencies are more
comfortable talking to professionals.

Licenced manufacturers must have sales staff with an infrastructure customer base.

The XPORTtm headwall system is well suited for low-cost inventories and serving customers
needs promptly. XPORTtm permits minimum inventory of headwalls but maintains XPORTtm
inserts in quantity to cover most conceivable site situations.

Types of distributorship or licenses available:-
* Manufacturing license with exclusive territory.
* Stocking distributorship with exclusive territory.
* Stocking distributorship with exclusive pipe types - i.e. HDPE or CSP or PVC.
* Non-stocking distributorship (customer direct sales).

Note: Lightweight and ease of installation are the main advantages especially with the pipe
specific "ENVIRO-CONNECT" system.
