LIGHT WEIGHT ADVANTAGE

Loading, delivery, and unloading of PRO-ECO-LITEtm headwall structures can be
accomplished with far less expense compared to other more traditional pre-cast or fabricated
in-place headwalls.

This is accomplished due to the lightweight of our PRO-ECO-LITEtm products.
Light duty pickups can be used for onsite delivery, even to off road sites if a 4-wheel drive is
available.

Unloading can be by hand with the 3 series headwall. Unloading of the 4 and 5 series
headwalls can easily be accomplished with a light duty 3/4-ton truck bed crane.

If the installation is a retrofit situation whereby culvert pipe is already in place then hand
excavation to fit the PRO-ECO-LITEtm headwall is not unrealistic. This can provide some
major cost savings over other systems that require heavy on site equipment,

The biggest advantage to PRO-ECO-LITEtm lightweight headwalls is the use of a
pre-connected road crossing, i.e. 2 headwalls pre-attached at either end of a culvert pipe to
facilitate quick installs. Excavate, drop and close, its that simple and very cost effective.
