SHIPPING, HANDLING AND STORAGE

As most product is transported to site by the contractor, sometimes in small unit quantities,
the ability for one to two people to handle the product and transport in a small pick up
eliminates expensive lifting equipment and transportation costs.

Lightweight also allows our product to be shipped by courier, in many cases at less expense
than normal freight for the same item. Couriers will usually only accept small quantity
shipments.

All multi-unit orders for shipment are strapped and shipped on pallets. Please refer to
individual product lines within this catalogue for shipping weights.

PRO-ECO-LITEtm COMPOSITE XPORTtm HEADWALL STRUCTURES are lighter and easier
to handle than units in traditional materials. A unit in reinforced concrete would cost, on
average, four times more to ship than our composite model, not including crane costs for
larger models both loading and unloading. Unless product is shipped to site for unloading
handling costs can double due to twice the load and unloading time which would further
enhance the economics of our PRO-ECO-LITEtm Composite Headwall Structures.
