MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS

* PRO-ECO-LITE tm COMPOSITE HEADWALL STRUCTURES are manufactured from glass
reinforced composites incorporating proprietary polymer concrete core in areas where
stiffness, high impact and high loading is required as a result of in situ conditions.

* The hybrid composite laminate is manufactured from CHEMICAL RESISTANT and FIRE
RETARDANT resins reinforced by high strength glass fibres resulting in a laminate with
excellent physical properties. The polymer concrete is manufactured from similar resins
incorporating high strength granular particles and ceramics resulting in a high impact
resistant-low weight rigid core.

* The finish colour coating is weather resistant N.P.G. gelcote C.S.A. approved for potable
water.

* The finished product exhibits a CLASS 1 FLAMESPREAD to ASTME-E-84.

* All units are manufactured with all stainless steel inserts to permit all available options to be
installed any time.

MATERIALS:

* PRO-ECO-LITE tm headwalls are fabricated in reinforced composites and lightweight
proprietary polymer concrete exhibiting chemical resistant and Class 1 fire retardant.

* All Weir models incorporate weir boards fabricated from recycled materials and are inert and
non-polluting.

* Trash Gates/Security Grids fabricated in pultruded-reinforced composite and proprietary
polymer concrete. Class 1 fire retardant.

* Environmentally friendly, non-polluting or non-leaching, resistant to acid and alkali attack.
